Mobility Workshop 

Join Jess Ecclestone, registered RMT and yoga instructor, for a 90 min rolling and mobility workshop that will work your body from head to toe. Using a strap, lacross ball, and yoga block, Jess will guide you through a mobility session that is a little on the spicy side! We will decrease pain, improve range of motion, and relieve tension and stress.
