Why do you get on that Bike/Mat?

Because movement everyday is as important as loving everyday! Our bodies are the friggen greatest and I think sweating honours that greatness.

What would be impossible for you to give up and why?

My cats. And coffee. And wine. And my family. And mike! And yoga. And my closet. Wow I should work on needing less….
But seriously… for the right reason I could drop anything (except coffee).

What can we expect from your class?

The greatest tunes, the most creative sequences, some serious sweating, and a really body safe way of moving (#anatomynerd). Oh and some serious glute work.
