Why do you get on that Bike/Mat?

Yoga has helped me commit to my Dharma and be grateful for my Karmas. I practice Yoga to connect with Source and center my busy mind. Through Yoga I’ve been able to find clarity within my own life and better understand the journey of other’s.

What would be impossible for you to give up and why?

Yoga! It’s a part of who I am now. Without Yoga, I don’t know who or where I would be. It helped me battle depression and overcome huge obstacles in my life with faith that something better was on the horizon. It has taught me how to raise my vibration and push back when I feel the pressure of life.

What can we expect from your class?

My classes are a fusion drawing from my experience in Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, Vinyasa and Prenatal styles. I am devoted to holding space for my students and not getting caught up in trends with each class giving prominence to Pranayama and how simple breathing techniques can change our being. I encourage breaking through our mental limitations so we find liberation from what holds us back.
